2026, Here We Come

What is the Plan?

Another new year is just around the corner. What will it bring for you? Are you hoping to make changes, improve on what you are already doing, or stick with the status quo? My goals for 2026 are the same as last year… almost exactly.

At first glance, that might sound uninspired. New year, same goals. No dramatic reinvention. No flashy resolutions. But the longer I lead, the more I realize that real growth rarely comes from constantly changing direction. More often, it comes from recommitting to the fundamentals… especially the ones we know matter most but are hardest to sustain.
