I harp on it pretty hard… being a consistent leader. I actually teach a course based on the “Three C’s of Leadership.” This includes competence, consistency, and communication. Over the next few weeks, I’ll dive into the other two, but today, let’s just chat about last week’s topic - Consistency. I explained why I think it’s so important, but I didn’t give you a lot of implementation techniques. Here are a few of my personal favorites.
